(Replace, upgrade and swapped out antennas, add fiber Lines, RRU's, Squids and DC Lines and installed new LTE Systems for the AT&T Omaha, NE and Minneapolis, MN Turf Sites.)

·        Managed internal development teams and coordinated daily with vendors to meet team objectives: Consents, Notices, NTPs, Bok’s and Zok’s, True ups, MSO94’s and On-Air goals.

§    Chicago, Illinois – AT&T Turf reassignments, Relo’s, NSB, Mods for 250+ sites with COWS & COLTS set up for BLACK FRIDAY. 2010 held the AT&T record for Cows on air in the shortest period of time in Chicago, IL.

 

Ø       USA – Ericsson - 2010 Site Acquisition Implementation Manager II 3C UMTS & 4G LTE 2430 combined sites (Pleasanton, CA)

§    Managed site acquisition and A&E vendors to secure entitlements, drawings and pre-construction efforts for more than 710 AT&T 4G LTE Turf Sites and over 400 AT&T 3C UMTS Turf Sites to upgrade the San Francisco market and surrounding municipalities. Managed internal development teams and coordinated daily with vendors to meet team objectives: Consents, Notices, NTPs, Bok’s and Zok’s, True ups, MSO94’s and On-Air goals. Interfaced with AT&T management daily for two months to scope over 710 4G LTE Sites discussing and brain storming for future challenges and success within the LTE project to secure and execute our on air goals for 2010 & 2011. §    RDT Team established each new market as operationally ready within 30-60 days of receiving the client’s purchase orders. We deployed Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) for project management, site acquisition, zoning, project controls and constructions with GNI’s processes into local, regional or national markets. My RTD SME’s specialized in quickly starting a project by handling all details involved in activating work where none exists. RDT deployed personnel to either hit the ground running by implementing the initial details of executing the project, whether its site acquisition, zoning, construction, operations, project controls and support or the ability to site select and/or initiate office operations set up or both.

§    Managed site acquisition vendors to secure entitlements and pre-construction efforts for T-Mobile’s Central Region markets for the UMTS upgrade project, including Chicago and Minneapolis.

·        Oversaw internal development teams and coordinated daily with vendors to meet team objectives of NTP and On-Air goals.

·        Replace and upgrade Telecom equipment and installed the new UMTS Nokia Systems for the T-Mobile Sites.

§    Set up three territories along all major Corridors in Riverside County – 60 sites. Signed 79% of Leases before being laid off from the AT&T / Cingular Merger.

 

v      USA – Berliner Communications, Inc. – 1998 Leasing PM – Metro Comm 85 Wired Access Towers & numerous ROW sites.

§    Managed 85 (WAP) wired access point towers. In 7 months, set all groundwork for Manhattan, Rockland County, NY and New Jersey on both sides of the Hudson River. Interfacing primarily with Corporate Building Managers, Corporate Executives, Lawyers and City Mayors as well as city governments for zoning presentations.

 

v      USA - Crown Communications / TEA Group – NJ & KY – 1997/1998– 14 Collocation Sites & 38 X 150’ Lattice Towers.

§ New Jersey – Team leader and Project Manager - 14 Leases, executed all in 1.5 Months.

§ Kentucky - Operations Manager to train, streamline the office and get it back on track.

·                    Files, paper work, reports, operations, vendors & assist new project manager to get organized.

·                    Two weeks later, laid off with 3 leases fully executed and office trained. Rehired within 3 hours to execute all Site Acquisition, 38 search rings in both Lexington and Louisville, KY. 36 search rings were signed and executed within 8 months.

·                    Prepared 100 million dollar railroad right of way proposal to Crown Communications, American

       Tower & SBA, Inc., while succeeding at site acquisition duties.

 

v      USA & Canada - D. Garvey – 1996/1997 Site Acquisition Specialists, AT&T, Nextwave and Rogers. 250 Sites.

§    Irvine, Ca - 4 Sites signed. AT&T 2-way messaging. 2-year project, transferred after 4 months.

§    Cincinnati, OH – Required 200 sites, delivered over 1200 sites with all docs’.

·        Project cancelled, client bankrupt.

§    Transferred to Vancouver, BC, Canada.

·        10 Sites on Richmond Island.

¨       Difficulties:

Ø       Island under water at high tide.

Ø       Current Vendors would share Info, i.e. Zoning, Construction, Legal, Geo-Tech, Government and Engineering.

Ø       Last month in country, I contracted pneumonia, was quarantined to my Hotel room. Within a month, I successfully executed 70% of my site leases and was transferred back to the USA.

¨       Solution:

Ø       Took Charge, worked with RF to redesigned the network from for the island and sparked a winning

attitude to revive the Island & the project.

Ø       Signed 70% leases before being transferred back to the USA.

·   Toronto, Canada.

¨       Transferred to Toronto / Ottawa Canada. Signed 80% leases prior to being laid off for cut backs.

¨       D. Garvey settled ATT contract dispute 27.5 million, closed company and laid everyone off 3 months later.
